Jacqui founded JA&A Human Solutions in 2012 as a sole consultant providing HR Manager services to small and medium sized businesses in Trinidad and Tobago who didn’t need a full time HR Manager.
For those early clients, recruitment was high on their list of needs. In walking clients through the recruitment process Jacqui soon realized that many small companies were making certain basic recruitment mistakes and ending up with the wrong staff. This led to her developing a recruitment system that resulted in staff that were the right fit for her clients.
JA&A soon established a reputation for exceptional quality with Jacqui instilling the importance of honesty, integrity, and the highest level of professional standards.
Jacqui has over twenty years experience in Human Resources and has recruited at all levels from the Executive Team to Warehouse/Restaurant Staff, in both the public and private sector. She sees nothing but opportunity in the future and has set the sights of JA&A Human Solutions on a higher mix of multi-level positions in the Caribbean and International markets.
